Mich bewegt schon seit einigen Monaten der Gedanke, eine Basisbewegung zu initialisieren, die im Ergebnis einen breit aufgestellten und stabilen Bundesverband für Muslime etablieren soll. Ein Verband, der explizit auch sogenannte „Salafisten“ und andere „Islamisten“ in seiner Mitte akzeptiert und ihre Interessen zu vertreten in der Lage ist.
Ich habe inhaltlich schon sehr konkrete Ideen, zaudere bloß mit der Realisierung. Ein besonderes Augenmerk verdient m.E. der Umstand, dass viele Muslime hierzulande die Mitgliedschaft in einem ehrlichen und aufrechten Islamverband mit der Begründung ablehnen könnten, dass sie staatliche, mediale oder gesellschaftliche Repressalien fürchten (z.B. Muslime ohne deutsche Staatsangehörigkeit oder gar mit schwachem Aufenthaltstitel könnten zu Recht Befürchtungen hegen oder andere um ihren Arbeitsplatz fürchten).
Ein Verband jedoch, der ohne nachweisbare Mitglieder etwas bewegen will, wird nicht ernst genommen. Es müsste also die Möglichkeit geben, auf anonymer Basis reguläre Mitgliedschaften zu pflegen. (Dazu gern Vorschläge im Kommentarbereich)
Zu den ersten ausformulierten Grundsätzen sollte ausdrücklich eine Distanzierung zum hiesigen Staat und zu seinen politischen Parteien gehören. Damit hält man sich nicht nur inhaltlich rein, sondern kann auch (staats-)politische Ambitionen im Vornherein von sich weisen.
Diese ausdrückliche Distanz zu Staat und Politik sollte durch eine ehrliche und aufrechte Handreichung an die hiesige Zivilgesellschaft wettgemacht werden. Man könnte nach dem Beispiel des Propheten – Allah segne ihn und schenke ihm Heil – weitreichende Konzessionen machen.
In erster Linie soll ein solcher Verband jedoch nach außen hin veranschaulichen, dass es eine recht breite Masse an orthodoxen Muslimen in Deutschland gibt, die sich nicht von den gängigen Verbänden vertreten (sondern sogar bekämpft) sieht, aber trotzdem das Bedürfnis verspürt, ihre Interessen zu äußern und ein friedfertiges Zusammenleben zu ermöglichen.
Was zudem einer expliziten Ausarbeitung bedarf, ist die Neigung vieler orthodoxer Muslime hierzulande, sich bei jedem ungenehmen Windstoß sofort lossagen zu müssen. Sobald sich nämlich ein erfolgreicher Verband bilden konnte, wird garantiert das erste Sperrfeuer aus Medien, Politik und Verbandsmafia nicht allzu lang auf sich warten lassen. In einem solchen Moment auch mal alle Fünfe gerade sein zu lassen, wird wohl überlebenswichtig sein.
Mich würde einfach nur mal interessieren, wie ihr dazu steht und welche Chancen ihr einem solchen Verband einräumen würdet. Ist es möglich, die verstockte „Islamisten-Szene“ in Deutschland unter einem Dach zu vertreten? (Ohne dabei die verschiedenen Gruppierungen vermischen zu wollen)
