„Siehst du, wieder so eine gewalttätige Sure aus dem Koran!“, wird sich jetzt wohl ein mitlesender Nichtmoslem denken. Das kennen wir ja zuhauf. Jeder Hans und Franz, dessen Interesse daran geweckt wurde, den pösen Muslim zu bashen, hantiert mit derartigen Auszügen aus Quran und Sunnah, um den aufgeklärten Abendländern klar zu machen wie rückständig, ungerecht und gewalttätig der Islam doch ist.
Aber das obige Zitat stammt nicht aus dem Koran, sondern steht im Neuen Testament der christlichen Bibel, im Lukas-Evangelium, Kapitel 19. Es handelt sich um die Verse 25 und 26 der revidierten Elberfelder Bibel und diese dürften den einen oder anderen Christen ein wenig ratlos dastehen lassen. Jesus Christus befiehlt die Begünstigung der Reichen und die Ausbeutung der Armen? Er ruft zum Jihaad auf gegen seine Feinde, die sein Königtum nicht anerkennen wollen? Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass eine solche Einsicht das Weltbild eines Christen stark ins Wanken bringen kann. Die Bibel ist voll mit derartigen Passagen, aber in diesem Fall kann ich mitlesende Christen beruhigen. Diese Worte stammen, laut Bibel, nicht von Jesus Christus, zumindest nicht direkt.
Und hier liegt auch meine Motivation für diesen Beitrag. Denn leider werden diese Verse von Muslimen in der Dawa-Arbeit benutzt, um (besonders den Muslim-Bashern unter) den Christen einen Spiegel vorzuhalten. So ist mir aus ganz frühen Vorträgen von Pierre Vogel bekannt, dass er diesen 26. Vers gern benutzte. Aber auch andere Prediger, die oft sogar den Stand eines Wissenden (Alim) bekleiden, haben diesen Vers schon benutzt.
Kürzlich bekam ich z.B. eine Rundmail, worin ein Video von Sheikh Abdullah al-Faisal verlinkt war. In diesem Video, namens Jesus preached Jihad, debattiert der Sheikh mit einem christlichen Bischof aus seiner Heimat Jamaika und bringt eben diesen auch sehr in Verlegenheit, als er den Vers aus der Bibel rezitiert.
Peinlich war es in diesem Fall für den Bischof, da er anscheinend keine Ahnung davon hatte, was in seiner Bibel steht. Dieser Zustand ist unter den Christen heutzutage sehr verbreitet. Die Zugehörigkeit zum Christentum ist heute zumeist nur noch ein Lippenbekenntnis, um eine angebliche zivilisatorisch und ethisch überlegene Ethnie zu postulieren.
Es kann aber auch durchaus peinlich für den Muslim werden, nämlich dann, wenn er einen praktizierenden Christen vor sich hat und dieser seine Bibel kennt. Denn die 2 Verse da oben geben zwar wieder was Jesus Christus angeblich laut Bibel sagte, aber es sind nicht seine eigenen Worte, sondern die Worte eines ungerechten Königs in einem Gleichnis, welches Jesus Christus an dieser Stelle erzählt.
Um zu dieser Einsicht zu gelangen, muss man allerdings ein wenig mehr Zeit investieren und beim Lesen ein wenig ausholen. Am besten beginnt man ganz am Anfang des 19. Kapitels (also beim 1. Vers) und liest es dann bis zu den genannten zwei Versen 26 und 27.
Ich empfehle übrigens bei solcherlei Recherchen die Seite bibelserver.com. Dort kann man parallel in über 40 Bibeln in verschiedenen Sprachen (auch türkisch, arabisch und hebräisch) suchen, finden und forschen.
