Causa #Erdogan: #Satire oder nicht?

Dies sei vorausgeschickt:
Ich bin kein Fan von Erdogan, so wie ich generell kein Fan von Staat und willkürlicher Herrschaft bin. Jedoch bin ebenfalls nicht mit der ideologischen Brille geschlagen, mit der die zahlreichen Medien und Politiker die Causa Erdogan beurteilen.

So meldete sich am 29.03.2016 die AfD-Politikerin Beatrix von Storch mit folgendem Bild auf Facebook zu Wort:

Man könnte ihr sicherlich zustimmen, WENN sie sich – nur 10 Tage zuvor und ebenfalls auf Facebook – nicht auf diese Weise über eine SATIRE zu ihre Person aufgeregt hätte:

vStorchWie kann man SATIRE nur als HETZE bezeichnen? Gehört sie doch zur politischen Kultur einer freiheitlichen und rechtsstaatlichen Demokratie.

Nun hat sie zwar damals – mangels eigener staatlicher Machtbefugnis – keinen Botschafter einberufen, aber immerhin fordert sie schon einmal, dem „Propagantainment“ den zwangsfinanzierten Geldhahn zuzudrehen, was ihr in Zukunft durchaus möglich werden könnte, da sie sich ja demokratisch um die nötige Machtfülle dazu bewirbt.

Ihre Forderung, die Zwangsfinanzierung des öffentlichen Rundfunks abzuschaffen, unterstütze ich übrigens vollkommen. Aber wie ist es um ihre freiheitlich-demokratische Kultur bestellt, wenn sie SATIRE, die per (Duden-)Definition eine Kunstgattung ist …

… «die durch Übertreibung, Ironie und beißenden Spott an Personen, Ereignissen Kritik übt, sie der Lächerlichkeit preisgibt, Zustände anprangert, mit scharfem Witz geißelt» …

…, bereits als VERLEUMDUNG, ANSTACHELUNG, HETZE und PROPAGANDA auffasst.

Nun, ich nehme Frau von Stroch hiermit in Schutz und gebe ihr auch hier vollkommen Recht. Was in westlichen Gefilden mittlerweile als SATIRE und KARIKATUR (getarnt) in vielen TV- und Radio-Stationen, sowie in zahlreichen Presseprodukten unter das Volk gebracht wird, ist genau das, nämlich Verleumdung, Anstachelung, Hetze und Propaganda. Und Erdogan hat das Recht, sich ebenso darüber zu echauffieren wie von Storch & Co. Nur mit dem Unterschied, dass ER (im Gegensatz zur AfD) bereits (demokratisch) die nötige Machtbefugnis erlangt hat und somit auch seinen Missfallen durch diplomatische Kanäle zum Ausdruck bringen kann/darf.

Erdogan hat nichts anderes getan, als seine verletzte Ehre – immerhin die eines hohen Volksvertreters – zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Alle Unkenrufe, die den Versuch unterstellen, in die deutsche Pressefreiheit einzugreifen, entbehren jeglicher Grundlage. Der genaue O-Ton der diplomatischen Note scheint nicht bekannt zu sein und wird von geneigten Mainstreammedien mit einem „offenbar“ oder „wahrscheinlich“ als reine Mutmaßungen präsentiert.

Im Islam, das sollte man wissen, ist die Verleumdung und Beleidigung einer Person verboten. Die Türkei ist nun einmal ein muslimisches Land und seine Bürger haben eine Ehre, die vom Recht geschützt wird. Dass diese Ehre im christlich-jüdischen Abendland keinen Wert hat, muss man tolerieren, aber man muss es nicht wortlos hinnehmen.

Und wie gehen deutsche Volksvertreter mit SATIRE um? Das musste im Juli 2005 ein Aktionskünstler erfahren. Der Kölner Stadtanzeiger schreibt dazu:

«Für Fotomontagen, die Bundeskanzler Gerhard Schröder und Wirtschaftsminister Wolfgang Clement (beide SPD) mit Hitler-Bärten zeigen, ist ein Arbeitsloser zu einer Geldstrafe von 1000 Euro verurteilt worden. Das Amtsgericht Berlin-Tiergarten sprach den 28-Jährigen am Montag wegen Beleidigung schuldig. Der Mann selbst hatte sich als Aktionskünstler und seine im Internet veröffentlichten Werke als Satire bezeichnet. „Einen demokratisch gewählten Kanzler mit einem der schlimmsten Verbrecher und größten Schlächter der Menschheitsgeschichte gleichzusetzen, sei nicht von der Kunstfreiheit gedeckt“, urteilte hingegen Richter Sascha Daue. Schröder und Clement hatten Anzeige erstattet. […]»
