Eine große Mitschuld am falschen Verständnis für den Begriff „Scharia“ – besonders unter Nichtmuslimen, aber auch unter vielen zeitgenössischen Muslimen – tragen die modernen muslimisch-etatistischen Gruppierungen und Parteien, die andauernd von einer „Implementierung der Scharia“ faseln, wenn sie einem „Staat“ unterstellen „islamisch“ sein zu können.
Wenn PImaten, Pegidasten und AfDler heute das Wort „Scharia“ benutzen, dann denken sie an nahezu das Selbe wie ungebildete muslimische Hizbiyun, nämlich vorrangig an Steinigungen, Enthauptungen und Amputationen.
Wenn Alexander Gauland (AfD) meint, „Der Islam muss sich von der Scharia trennen“ oder hiesige Muslime müssten bekennen „für uns alle gilt die Scharia nicht“, dann spricht dies von einer immensen Unkenntnis bezüglich des Begriffes „Scharia“, besonders weil Gauland andererseits (zumindest offiziell) ganz klar für die Glaubensfreiheit eintritt und den Muslimen die Religionsausübung zugesteht.
Doch wie soll ein Muslim die Religion ausüben? Wie soll er beten, fasten und den verpflichtenden Obolus entrichten? Wie soll der Muslim sämtlichen gottesdienstlichen Handlungen nachkommen, sein Benehmen, seine Ethik/Moral schulen und seine Glaubensinhalte determinieren, wenn die Methoden und Methodologien der gesamten Religion „Islam“ in der Scharia zu finden sind?
Sie sagen im Grunde, wir dürfen die Religion ausüben, aber uns dabei nicht nach unserer Religion richten. Sie wissen nicht, dass „Scharia“ der Oberbegriff für alles ist, was unsere kultischen, rituellen und zwischenmenschlichen Handlungen angeht. Ein Mensch, dem der Rückgriff auf die Scharia verboten wird, kann weder beten noch fasten, kann im Grunde genommen nicht einmal ein richtiger Muslim sein.
Schon wenn der Muslim den Quran öffnet, um darin nach Belegen dafür zu suchen, wann, wo und wie er das rituelle Gebet zu verrichten hat, hat er sich damit einer Methode der Scharia befleißigt, indem er ihrem Grundsatz folgte, dass Quran und Sunnah die Grundlage der Religion sind.
Dem Muslim die Scharia zu nehmen bedeutet, ihm die Religion zu nehmen.
Jeder Muslim, der in der Scharia ein „Staats- & Strafgesetzbuch“ sieht, das von einem „Staat“ zu implementieren sei, darf sich als mitschuldig betrachten an der derzeitigen Misere. Denn weder findet der Muslim im Quran (oder in der Sunnah) einen „Staat“, noch kann er belegen, dass die Scharia ein Gesetzbuch ist oder samt und sonders irgendwie implementiert werden muss.
Was Allah und Sein Gesandter von jedem von uns – sei er Bürger, Staatsdiener oder Oberhaupt – verlangen, ist, dass wir unsere Entscheidungen und Urteile mit der Scharia determinieren. Dabei ist die Scharia nicht starr. In ihr finden wir zahlreiche Methoden und Methodologien, die eine große Vielfalt an Urteilen zulassen.
Unter diesem Gesichtspunkt wäre es auch äußerst dumm zu meinen, man könnte „die Scharia implementieren“, wenn man eigentlich möchte, dass der Staat feste Regeln bzw Gesetze erlässt. Denn ein Urteil gemäß der Scharia setzt voraus, dass man sich für eine bestimmte Methode/Methodologie entscheidet und die anderen außen vor lässt. Wenn man also etwas implementieren möchte, dann ein Urteil, welches die Scharia als Basis hatte, aber niemals die gesamte Scharia, denn dies könnte bedeuten, dass man etwas explizit als verboten erklärt, während man es ausdrücklich erlaubt.

Deshalb haben auch sie(nicht wir Muslime) das Fach Islamische Theologie an verschiedenen Universitäten eingerichtet. Man muss sich nur die sogenannten „Wissenschaftler“ dieses Studienganges ansehen und man erkennt sofort das eigentliche Ziel, das hinter diesen Einrichtungen an den Unis steht.
